Jeffrey Allen Bell is an award winning artist and writer. Along with his brother, Aaron, J. Allen created the popular satirical website The Scoop News in 1999. J. Allen remains involved with The Scoop as Co-Editor-In-Chief and lead developer.

In addition to The Scoop News, J. Allen has created cartoons, comic books, podcasts, blogs, and short comedy films and sketches.

J. Allen and Aaron are founders of the improve comedy group The Brass Bells Society.

Born in Colorado, J. Allen now resides in Oregon where he owns Embefive, a media network.
